All orders are processed within up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

Order Tracking

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control. Act Outlet cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
